The "Program Khas Kemahiran" is a manufacturing engineering training programme that will be entirely funded by "Majlis Agama Dan Istiadat Melayu Perlis" in order to benefit the youth of the state of Perlis.

After training, there will be career prospects through this 3 ½ month programme.
